Weekly Pay!

 

$22-$25/hour DOE

  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all tenant files and related documents
• Enforce terms of lease agreement and house rules
• Prepare rent rolls, collect and deposit all funds received for rent
• Schedule and supervise the work of all vendors
• Maintain communication to property owners and consultant
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience in property management and some bookkeeping skills
• Experience with Word, Excel & Outlook
• Basic understanding of budgets/accounting functions
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
