Position:  Customer Service Representative

 

Location:  Marietta

Pay:  $15/hour

Hours:  9-5, M-F

 

Duties and Tasks: 

 

  • Answering calls from retailers that sell their product to the public
  • Entering orders that come through fax, email, and phone.
  • Verify that orders are correctly entered to avoid credits, returns, and re-shipments.
  • Communicate with shipping on special orders and or shipping instructions.
  • Communicate with accounting to resolve customer related issues.
  • Return calls, and emails to customers as required.
  • Enter Return Authorizations as required and follow up.
  • Be able to complete other tasks as assigned.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

 

  • Data Entry
  • Use PC /software for NetSuite, Excel, Word, and Calendar functions. (May be tested)
  • Ability to communicate verbally with clear/proper grammar and diction.
  • Ability to write emails to customers with proper grammar. (May be tested)
  • 1-2 years previous customer service or related experience.

  • Must have the sense of urgency and an eye for detail. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize the workload.
  • Must be able to learn the procedures and products as thoroughly as possible.
