Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager!
The ideal Candidate will have 1+ Years of experience in customer service.
This position will be an evaluation to hir opportunity.
Pay: $14-$22 Hourly DOE
Shift: Monday through Saturday, 5am to 1pm
Job Duties include:
- Provide leadership and direction to the customer service team, ensuring they deliver excellent service to every customer.
- Oversee cash handling processes, including taking cash payments, providing change, and maintaining accurate cash drawers.
- Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Train and mentor staff members on cash handling procedures, customer service techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service standards are met and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement improvements in service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cashier stations and customer service areas.
- Compile and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with cash handling regulations and security protocols.
