Call Center Experience REQUIRED!

Duties:

• Data entry
• Administrative duties
• Answer customer calls
• Customer service
• Resolve customer complaints
• Add new and modify accounts
• Handle billing issues
• Process several types of taxes
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Other duties as required

Qualification:

• Experience with call center work
• Previous data entry experience
• Reliable
• High School Diploma or GED
• Moderate computer skills
• Moderate level research
• Problem-solving/Reasoning
• Clear communication skills
• Able to type 60 – 65 wpm – Required
• Able to type 5000 kph on 10 key data entry – Required
