Collections - Paragould

Paragould needs someone to work in collections!

Job Duties:

• Collecting past due accounts and payments with customers 
• Negotiating payment plans 
• Schedule pick ups for accounts past due to unable to be paid 
• Reference checks
• Customer service
• Answer phones
• Use computers and computer software including cash register 
• Assist in store 
• Go in the field and assist in delivery/pick up of merchandise - furniture, appliances, etc. 

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid DL 
• Previous experience in customer service
• Able to assist in lifting 50-75 pounds
• Able to go door to door at customers homes 
• Good customer service and phone etiquette skills 

Work Schedule: 9am to 6pm Monday - Saturday. Will have Sunday and 1 day during the week off.
