Rebar Fabricator | 2nd shift | M-F 2:30 PM–11 PM | $20/hour |Belvidere, IL

Company Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Rebar Fabricator to join our production team. If you have experience in metal fabrication, possess strong technical skills, and prioritize safety, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials onto trailers for transportation.
• Operate production machines, including shears, benders, cranes, and forklifts.
• Use equipment such as cranes, forklifts, spotter trucks, and production machines (training provided upon hiring).
• Read and interpret technical documents to fabricate rebar products according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a safety-conscious mindset at all times.
• Demonstrate physical stamina to keep up throughout the shift.

Skills Required:

• Ability to read and understand technical documents.
• Strong communication skills.
• Safety-conscious approach to work.
• Physical stamina to withstand the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing, bending, and walking.
• Must be able to take direction and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish speaking bilingual preferred

• Constant movement throughout the entire shift.
