Salary: $22/HR

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5am

*Rotating Saturday half day 8-12 with half day off during the week*

Pay: $22/HR

Duties: 

  • Provide exceptional service to members, identifying and addressing their financial needs, particularly in consumer lending such as Personal and Auto loans.
  • Open and manage deposit accounts, ensuring adherence to credit union policies and procedures.
  • Assist members with various service needs including wire transfers, direct deposits, and account inquiries.
  • Handle loan applications from initiation to closure, including analysis and approval processes.
  • Customize protection solutions for lending products and address member inquiries about various financial products and services.
  • Promote and cross-sell credit union products to deepen member relationships.
  • Process financial transactions and provide support for online banking and bill payment services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system and provide timely responses to member inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of relevant experience in banking or financial services preferred.
  • Associate's degree in banking, finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
