8:00am to 5:00pm

Monday through Friday

$19.00 per hour  

 

Qualifications:
- Mechanical and electrical interest.

- High School diploma or GED preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently within a team environment.

- Ability to systematically troubleshoot and provide proactive maintenance.

- Customer service minded.

 

Essential Job Elements:

 

1. Deliver and Pickup office equipment, such as copiers, printers and fax machines, in safe, clean and good working order used for Sales demonstrations, installations and Service loaners.

 

2. Provide Key-Op training, to customers that is effective while meeting customers expectations and operational requirements.

 

3. Set-up Equipment by unboxing, assembling, configuring as requested by the Sales department. Testing operation to ensure reliability.

 

4. Complete Service Calls as needed to support field technicians using all available resources to systematically complete service calls, closing as many calls per day as possible while effecting repairs and providing proactive maintenance that maximize pages between calls.

 

5. Assist the Shop Coordinator to maintain a clean and organized shop, warehouse and Demo room that is efficient and has a professional appearance.

 

6. Maintain the Delivery Truck keeping it clean, and all maintenance completed according to schedule in order to for it to operate dependable and have a professional appearance.
