Inventory Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor inventory levels and track stock movement. Analyze trends in inventory data to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.Stock Replenishment: Determine optimal reorder points and quantities to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Initiate purchase orders or production requests to replenish depleted stock.Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand for products. Use historical data and market trends to predict future inventory needs.
