Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service (in person and over the phone)
Answering phone calls
Finalizing transactions
Process payments
Track reports
data entry

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years of recent customer service and administrative experience
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
