Title: Employment Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI - Kalihi - parking is provided!

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Pay: Targeted first year - $45K, Base + Commission

The Employment Specialist will be responsible for:

· Utilizing diverse online platforms, including social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, and local job boards, to identify and attract potential candidates.

· Conduct thorough candidate interviews via phone, video, and in-person interactions.

· Be an active participant in job fairs and organize engaging in-house recruitment events.

· Collaborate closely with managers to forecast and address future hiring needs.

You’d be great for our Employment Specialist role if you have the following:

· 2+ years of office experience

· Typing 45+ wpm, proficient in MS Office Suite

· Love helping people and have a sales, retail, marketing or HR background
