Recruitment Specialist

Located in Honolulu, HI

Salary: $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a prominent medical facility in the Honolulu area! Pay is up to $22/hr.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition - Full-cycle recruitment
• Training and orienting new employees
• Providing administrative support
• Various additional HR responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Four (4) years of combined recruiting and staffing or HR-related experience
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
• Knowledge of Google's G Suite, Microsoft Office, Workday, and ADP is a huge plus!
