Customer Service Representative

Located in Honolulu, HI

Salary: $16/hr

Express is seeking (2) Customer Service Reps with a well-established company located in Aiea. An ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent customer service experience and will be responsible for answering incoming calls, maintaining customer database, researching customer accounts for discrepancies, communicating with drivers in regards to routes. Additional duties will include, creating orders and processing paperwork, accurate data entry and assisting the department with additional tasks as required.

You'd be great for the role if you have the following:

• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with Mas500 or Prism is a plus
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Great communication skills
