Salary: Up to $50,000/yr

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and maintains prepaid insurance schedules.
• Maintains accurate asset subsidiary ledger for each department
• Monthly and current twelve-month analysis of direct labor costs and general and administrative costs in relations
• Ensures that the bank accounts are reconciled immediately upon receipt and that the internal control procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications:

• College degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Minimum three year’s experience in accounting or bookkeeping
