Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, office, or hospitality
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a respect for diversity
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Flexibility to work at two different office locations (Aiea-Honolulu)
• Ensure accurate patient information and documentation for scheduling, registration, and collections
• Monitor front office for a positive patient experience
• Maintain registration accuracy and provide performance feedback
• Efficiently manage appointments and patient inquiries
• Preserve patient confidentiality and handle complaints
• Handle daily deposits and insurance verification
• Perform additional duties as assigned
