Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now
• Assist employees and managers in troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage all aspects of payroll preparation, including general ledger reconciliation, payroll journals, and tax reporting.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless payroll processing and timely distribution of tax reporting documents such as W-2s.

Essential Qualifications:

• 2 years Payroll Processing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems
