Join a local non-profit with over 100 years serving Hawaii's elders as a Purchasing and Inventory Clerk! As the Purchasing and Inventory Clerk you'll be responsible for ordering, inventory upkeep and billing of supplies and equipment. Responsibilities:

-Place and track orders from approved vendors to ensure timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment, while maintaining accurate order history records.

-Conduct weekly inventories and reconcile against reports, promptly reporting discrepancies to supervisors to maintain efficient supply levels.

-Receive and store supplies in an organized manner, maintaining a current list of stock levels and locations for easy access.

-Handle equipment upkeep, including cleaning, disinfecting, tagging, and storing equipment, while delivering clean equipment as requested.

-Complete daily rounds of the unit and nurse's station to assess supply needs and organize supplies efficiently with nursing input.

Qualifications:

-Must have medical supply experience

-1 year experience with purchasing and managing inventory

-Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

-Must have driver's license and acceptable driving record
