A local manufacturing plant in Conroe, TX is searching for Customer Service Representative to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a direct-hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive customer service, order accuracy and SAP software background. Job Summary:

 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing order processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

 

Schedule:

 

• Hybrid Position (3 days WFH and 2 days working from the office)

 

 

Summary of essential job functions:

 

• Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Utilize telephone and email communication channels to interact with customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and providing relevant information related to their orders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including planning, production, and shipping departments to ensure seamless coordination of order fulfillment processes.
• Manage the entire order lifecycle, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
• Input and maintain accurate customer order information in the SAP system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Education:

  

• Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
• Desirable: Degree in Chemical or Manufacturing Fields
