Our team is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Territory Lead Gen Specialist to identify new business and set client appointments for our leadership team! 

 

Located in Northglenn, CO this opportunity is both in-office and out in the field servicing a set territory. This is done by researching, identifying potential business opportunities and contacting decision-makers through face-to-face calls, mass-marketing tools, phone and email correspondence to set sales appointments. You will use and develop consultative selling techniques, digital marketing, time-management and discipline to become a top-performing sales professional.

 

Minimum Requirements:

- 1-5 years of sales experience

- 1+ year of door-to-door sales experience

- Must possess a Driver''s License

- Must have own vehicle to drive up to (30 miles/day)

- Must stand/walk up to 6+ hours/day

 

Expectations:

- Hit and exceed activity quotas set for face-to-face calls (80-100/wk) and appointments set (10/wk)

- Effectively communicate with decision-makers to generate sales leads and set client appointments via door-to-door sales and prospecting.
- Gather and accurately record lead information in our proprietary software system.
- Manage your growing sales pipeline with discipline and time-management skills
- Demonstrate an outgoing, energetic, and friendly demeanor to engage potential clients.
- Possess and maintain a strong drive to set and surpass sales goals.
- Utilize creative thinking and a willingness to try different sales approaches to maximize success.
