Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Shelbyville production company to find a Process Technician!  

 

Process Technician Summary/Company Information: 

• An automotive production company is looking to add a Process Technician to their team!
• The Process Technician will be responsible for monitoring the input and output variables of the process, including advanced product inspection, optimizing product and process quality consistent with company standards 
• The Process Technician will measure outputs and evaluate control and capability, document corrective action, process improvements, and processing history, troubleshoot out of control conditions, machine deficiencies, and product non-conformities and more
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to set molds 

Pay/Benefits:

• Pay up to $30/hour depending on experience
• $.75 shift differential

Schedule:

• 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 2:30pm - 11pm

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Process Technician role is preferred
• Solid plastic processing knowledge and material performance
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 55 pounds, overhead
• Must have excellent communication skills, and an aptitude for mechanical skills
• Individual must be willing to work some overtime, work in a team environment, and good work ethics
