Customer Care/Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and chats to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on company products, services, and communication tactics.
• Assist in setting up new customer accounts and providing introductory information.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote additional products or services.
• Utilize proprietary software to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.

 

Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and PDFs; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management abilities with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to remain patient under pressure.
• Sense of humor and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Pay: $20/Hour (Depending on Experience)
