PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ASCENSION PARISH

FULL-TIME /EVALUATION HIRE

PAY: $21.00 / HOUR + DOE

MON - FRI

 

Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for a local client in ASCENSION PARISH

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• Maintain the apartments and complex
• Painting
• Perform repairs and maintenance work as needed in apartments (HVAC, electrical, plumbing etc)
  Ensure apartments are ready for new tenants to move in
• Other tasks may be needed.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• AC/ HVAC experience required
• Must be able to perform general maintenance
• Must be customer service oriented, respectful, self-directed, have the ability to prioritize and be independent
• Previous experience of general maintenance with apartments is required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and have a clean background
• Must have valid DL, clean driving record and provide own tools
