Machine Set Up Operator

Located in Richfield, WI

Salary: $21

Germantown metal manufacturing plant looking for Set Up Operators on 1st and 2nd shift!

 

1st: Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm
2nd: Mon-Thurs, 1:30 to midnight (possible 2:30pm-1am)

$20-$21/hour

 

Duties: Setup, run, and troubleshoot saws, welders, and/or grinders and tools in shop. Select and install proper tooling. Perform inspections. Recognize and change out worn, chipped, or dull blades. Pull, put away, and load customer product. Documenting communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Skills Required:

- 1+ yrs experience in manufacturing environment/production environment.

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics

- Welding experience a plus but not needed
- Mechanical aptitude.
- HS diploma or GED (Tech/trade school, industry/equip supplier training certs a plus).
