Salary: $20/hr

This local company is looking to fill a Forklift Operator position. This is a long term evaluation to hire opportunity. 

 

Pay/Schedule:

$20/hour 

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm, but must also be open to a 4-10 potentially 

 

Job Duties:

• Load/unload trucks and railcars with a sit-down propane forklift
• Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.). They handle multiple types of products (paper rolls, pulp bales, OSB lumber, palletized product
• Lift up to 50lbs

Skills/Experience:

• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
• Ability to safely operate a sit-down propane forklift
• Pulp or roll clamp experience is a plus
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to manually lift up to 50lbs

 

Benefits upon being hired by the client:

• Sick leave: 1 hour accrued for every 40 hours worked (eligible after 30 days from hire
