Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and nurturing new client relationships within a designated territory. Your primary goal will be to promote our staffing services and solutions to businesses, helping them address their workforce needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their staffing requirements and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their staffing needs and provide recommendations on suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful fulfillment of job orders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in the staffing industry or related field is preferred. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
