Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Shelbyville production company to find their next Quality Lead!  

 

Quality Lead Summary/Company Information: 

• A medical device production company is wanting to add a Quality Lead to their team!
• The Quality Lead will be responsible for performing quality checks and documenting quality records by using the CMM, calipers, micrometers, special gauges, etc.
• The Quality Lead will also be responsible for addressing non-conformities - contain product and partner with management to define action plan, assisting in writing rework instructions, partnering with team members across the organization to work on quality activity, and participating in process improvement

Lead''s Pay/Benefits:

• Pay $19-25/hour depending on experience

Schedule:

• 1^st shift, Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3pm

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the quality-related field
• Working knowledge in PPAP is a plus
• Proficient in all manual gauging and Surface Plate manual; layout techniques
• Ability to operate/run all CMM and OGP programs is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-directed and motivated with the ability to function well in a team environment
• Excellent computer skills
