Salary: $25.64 - $29.49/hour

An Edmonton client is searching for a Molder to join their team.

Molder Highlights:

·         Join our production team at our Edmonton 36 manufacturing facility. This full-time position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. As a Molder, you'll use various power and hand tools to assemble fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) parts into finished tank products.

·         Cut, shape, splice, and fit fiberglass plastic materials using templates and hand tools.

·         Follow blueprints and drawings for manual forming processes.

·         Install components and accessories.

·         Perform minor adjustments or repairs.

·         Utilize tools including grinders, trimmers, measuring tools, and rollers.

·         Operate and maintain machines and equipment.

·         Conduct periodic inspections to ensure quality standards.

·         Accurately document information on process sheets and timecards.

·         Maintain a tidy work area.

·         Adhere to company safety standards.

·         Support production processes and other activities as required.

·         Job Requirements:

·         Effective communication and teamwork skills.

·         Proficient in English (verbal, written, and reading).

·         Strong basic math and problem-solving abilities.

·         Willingness to learn new tools and equipment in a fibreglass plant environment.

·         Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

·         Flexibility to work variable hours, including overtime and weekends.

·         Ability to lift up to 25lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

·         Own transportation is required as public transit is not available.
