Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Food Smoking Specialist for a delicious opportunity in Monroe, WA.

As a Food Production Associate, your essential duties will include loading, seasoning, and operating smokers. You'll be responsible for pulling cooked products and adding raw materials when needed. The smoking process is meticulous, requiring your presence throughout the entire operation. Rest assured, our client will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and familiarity needed for efficient smoking operations. Join a team that specializes in the art of smoking delicious, top-quality products. Pay is $18 to start.

There are days, afternoon and evening shifts available with the following schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts
Saturday and Sunday: 10-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Self-starter with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to follow both written and verbal directions.
• Comfortable working in noisy, wet, and cold conditions with the strong aroma of smoked products.
• Must provide sturdy rubber boots; we supply ear and eye protection.
