County Fulfillment Client Services Specialist

Located in Tumwater, WA

Salary: $18-$21/hr

Express is now hiring for a County Fulfillment Client Services Specialist at a legal service company based out of Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The position will be 35 hours per week. The compensation for this position will be $18.00-$21.00/hr. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical, Vision, Dental, and a 401K option once hired on permanently after the evaluation period.

 

Job Duties:

• Processing orders for legal documentation requests for clients.
• Answering questions and resolving issues about document requests for clients.
• Receive inbound calls as well as make outbound calls to clients and government agencies.
• Researching state and county agency databases for client documentation requests.
• Work with government agencies on behalf of the client to make sure all information and documentation they are requesting is received.
• Create, analyze, and deliver reports.
• Proofreading legal documentation for accuracy
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure deadlines are being met by the office.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor''s Degree preferred or Associates Degree with relevant office experience accepted.
• Six months of recent office experience.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Legal office experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and typing assessment results.
