AP|AR Clerk
Located in Torrance, CA
Salary: $23-$25
Essential Duties:
· Check figures, postings, and documents for proper entry, mathematical accuracy and proper codes.
· Debit, credit, and total accounts on computers spreadsheet and databases.
· Reconcile or notes and report any discrepancies found in records.
· Match order forms with invoices and record the necessary information.
· Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements.
· Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks or other forms of payments to banks.
· Perform general admin duties such as filing and answering phones.
Requirements:
· Minimum two years of recent experience in accounts payable and receivable
· Must have QuickBooks Experience
· Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Excellent verbal and written communication
