We are seeking multiple prep cooks and line cooks in Butler, PA! 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring as directed by recipes and kitchen standards.
• Execute cooking tasks such as grilling, sautéing, frying, baking, and other techniques as required for menu items.
• Assemble and plate dishes according to the restaurant's presentation guidelines, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to uphold food safety standards.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately to maintain consistency in food quality and minimize waste.
• Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and alert kitchen management of any issues or discrepancies.
• Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards at all times, including proper handwashing, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or replenishment needs.
• Be willing to perform other kitchen duties as assigned by supervisors, including assisting with dishwashing, receiving deliveries, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cooking positions preferred.
• Ability to handle cooking equipment and chemicals safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting.

Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.

Schedule: Varies; Facility is open 24/7, so candidates must be available to be scheduled any day of the week.
