Supply Chain Planning Data Assistant

Job Overview: As a Supply Chain Planning Data Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the organization's success, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of long-range planning data. Collaborating closely with the Integrated Supply Chain team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the S&OP planning process.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $22-25/hr. (Based on Experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Location: In Office
• Duration: 6+ month contract position with potential for temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate data entry, including equipment transactions and vendor invoices.
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels to gather and provide information.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data, and investigating root causes.
• Creation and maintenance of Excel reports with charts and graphs.
• Assistance in managing the planning database using Excel, MS Access, and MS SQL Server Management Studio.
• Setting up rate sheets for equipment and tracking rental inventory.
• Coordinating with Accounts Payable for timely payment processing.
• Collaboration with the warehouse team for inventory tracking and job site equipment issues.

Requirements:

• 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Initiative and assertiveness to support buyers and supply chain teammates.
• Associate, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in data administration or data-entry roles with Excel proficiency is advantageous.
