Customer Service Representative

Located in Morgantown, WV

A local company in Morgantown is now seeking Customer Service Representatives/Cashiers to assist in taking Mother''s Day orders and to process the pick-up orders. Each of the orders are made by a Fresh Expert and are unforgettable delights. The CSR''s would be needed for the days of 5/10-5/12 with the potential of working beyond those days. The shift may range from 8:00am - 7:00 pm. Compensation starts at $15/hr.

 

Duties Include, But Not Limited To:

• Greeting customers and assisting with any questions or concerns in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Operating cash registers and POS systems to take customer payments
• Assisting administrative staff with answering phone calls when needed
• Keeping assigned areas neat and well stocked

 

Qualified Applicants Will Possess:

• High school diploma and prior retail or customer service experience
• Basic understanding of mathematics principles and computer skills
• Ability to learn cash register/POS system
• Professionalism and a friendly attitude – you will be interacting with a high volume of customers daily in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
