Support the development and implementation of plant standards. Operational procedures in health & Safety and production 

Oversee day to day operations workflow and the manufacture of goods. 

Quoting cost estimating required for manufacturing proposal, project management, oversee procurement of materials a key component 

Document control generate routing sheets, review purchase orders 

Conduct negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure fair prices for goods & services 

Follow up and field questions and concerns from all customers 

Delegate and assign work schedules & tasks to technical employees (Team) 

Establish/monitor production flow , schedules and communicate scheduling & delivery issues 

Maintain relationships with customers & direct customers relations 

Ensure an effective and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements 

Other duties as required 

Must have very good knowledge & understanding of machining industry. 

Flexible & adaptive to changing priorities 

University degree related to manufacturing & operations, engineering background an asset. 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role 

Excellent communications skills in dealing with clients 

Must be knowledgeable and have a technical understanding of gears and manufacturing.
