Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a respected client in the Ontario Oregon area.

The Restaurant Manager overseas all aspects of the Restaurant, by increasing sales and improve profits. Deliver absolute guest satisfaction, and constantly coaching Team Members to promote constant growth, maintaining and upholding the integrity and ethics of the company. Controls Food and Labor costs shifty, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Assists the Team in taking care of the guests every visit, every day to provide absolute guest satisfaction.

Full time

Pay: $26.45/hr.

Salary: 55k/DOE / $26.44/hr.

Essential Functions

•Must obtain food handler permit and OLCC permit per state and local laws

Compliant with regulations

•Recruit, hire and train

•Supervise food prep and handling

•QC and compliance of kitchen / bar staff

•Control food, labor, and controllable costs

•Oversees inventories and purchases

Qualities:

•Maintain high level of Guest Services & public relations

•Maintain composure under stress

•Ability to execute 7 Steps of Service

•Motivational and leadership skills

•Good oral and written communication

•Team player

•Good at multi-tasking

Physical Requirements:

•Required to stand and walk

•Frequently lifting / carrying 5 – 50lbs

•Occasionally reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching

•Works with commercial grade chemicals for cleaning
