Express Employment is hiring a Quality Technician for a Powder Coating and Sublimation Services company in St. Catharines. This position offers a competitive salary and a great company culture.

Responsibilities 

 

• Execute quality control procedures, ensuring that all parts meet established standards and specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of parts utilizing precision tools and equipment to identify defects or irregularities.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, defect rates, returns and quality issues.
• Ensure the accuracy of the powder thickness before and after cure.
• Check the coating quality with provided equipment’s and make daily reports.
• Work independently and identify quality issues, report directly to Quality Manager.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to quality and safety.
• Fill daily quality sheets and prepare a report.
• Conduct routine quality inspection – including aluminum receiving, boil tests, cure temperature recordings, chemical titration, etc.
• Assist in investigations of identified quality non-conformances.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

 

 

 

 

Schedule

Day shifts: 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Salary

$50,000 Annually
