Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our staffing services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet their workforce needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and retention.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
  • Develop customized staffing solutions and proposals to address client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to deliver high-quality staffing services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our client base.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required but Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop plans, and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track activities and manage client relationships.
  • Valid NC driver’s license.
