Responsibilities:

As a Packer at our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse company in Gardner, KS, you play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products for shipment. This is an entry-level position that requires a high degree of dependability.

Location: Gardner, KS

Pay: $620 per week ($15.50 per hour, 40 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Job Duties:

• Packaging: Accurately and efficiently pack products into appropriate containers for shipping.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all items are packaged correctly and meet quality standards.
• Labeling: Apply shipping labels and handle product labeling as required.
• Inspection: Conduct visual inspections to identify and report damaged or missing items.
• Organizing: Maintain a clean and organized workspace for efficient operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dependability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate packaging.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages of various sizes.
