Salary: $16.00/hour

Express Employment is hiring a scheduler for a local granite company in Maryville, TN. 

This will be temp-to-hire and the hours are Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Will be required to work an occasional Saturday (1 per month during busiest season)

Paying: $16-20/hour

• Contact customers to schedule installation appointments
• Create efficient installation schedules, considering dates, locations, and workload
• Monitor schedule and adjust for delays, absenteeism, etc., as needed
• Prepare and distribute appropriate paperwork for installation teams
• Respond to daily customer inquiries
• Update software to reflect changing customer needs or jobsite details
• Schedule repairs or rework of previous installations
• Must be able to type accurately and enter data into our computer system
• Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed

Qualified candidates will be proficient in MS Office Suite and be able to follow oral and written directions.
