Job Summary: A Sheet Metal Company in Corona is looking to add Machine Operator to their team!

 

Responsibilities include:

•  Set up and control the operation of single or multiple production machines for the process of manufacturing.
• Monitor and maintain production machines.
• Operate various power tools including router, table saw, drill, bandsaw, jigsaw, drill press, power stapler, and other equipment.
• Perform finishing operations including riveting and deburring on unwanted pieces of materials.
• Assemble materials using screws, nuts and bolts, welding, power stapling, and gluing.
• Document machinery results in strict adherence to protocols.
• Pull rolls of sheet metal and put away product.
• Perform limited warehouse functions.

Location: Corona

 

Position Type: On going

 

Pay: $17.50

 

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM-4:00 PM

 

Qualifications:

 

• 3-5 years demonstrated experience running machinery.

• Effective communication, include speaking, writing, active listening and taking instruction
• Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs
• Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product or operations issues
• Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time
