Job Summary: America''s largest motorsport manufacturing company in Corona, CA is looking to add to their team!

 

Responsibilities includes: 

  • Under general supervision operates Vertical Milling Center, loading and unloading materials,setting up and calibrating equipment and accessories.
  • Conducts quality checks using appropriate measurement tools (calipers, tapes, height gages, check fixtures etc.) to ensure parts produced match requirements.
  • Reads and understands the production order. Uses that information to run the correct parts and quantities.
  • Fills out all tracking sheets and make sure jobs are complete.
  • Minor machine maintenance as necessary.
  • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized working environment. Follows machine maintenance and area cleanup.
  • Follows company safety protocol and procedures, such as wearing proper PPE as dictated by the machine being used, reporting safety incidents and accidents, etc.
  • Minor machine maintenance if necessary.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds operational volume and quality goals. Looks for areas to improve and makes suggestions to supervisor.
  • Follows the attendance policy in a strict manner.

Position Type: On going

  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM (Must be open for OT)

 

Qualifications:

  •  1-2 years related experience or equivalent is a plus.
  • Can use basic shop and hand tools safely and with proficiency.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work orders and product drawings.
  • Must be able to do basic arithmetic.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with general supervision.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards, versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
