A local Bend company is searching for a creative Design/Customer Service Associate with up-to-date knowledge and trends in both digital and print design. The Design/Customer Service Associate will help manage customer orders. The Design/Customer Service delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. The Design/Customer Service Associate will be wearing many hats, from customer service to designing artwork to preparing various types of signage, to answering phone calls.  

 

Design/Customer Service job highlights:

• Follows instructions of the owner and assists other team members in performing shop functions
• Work with a wide range of media using industry-leading graphic design software
