Property Maintenance Technician

Salary: $20.00

We are currently searching for an FT Maintenance Technician with an EPA Certification for an apartment complex in the West Bradenton area. $22.00/hr + 

Duties:
- Performing property maintenance with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Patching, painting, and completing repairs on buildings and grounds facilities.
- Repair/troubleshoot air conditioning units

Requirements:
- EPA Certification required. 

Must have experience using small power and hand tools.
- Position duties require full range of motion - must be able to bend, stand, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, and lift for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and perform work in outdoor environments.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions - majority of position duties are performed outside.
