Warehouse/Delivery Associate

Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Salary: $19 per hour

Shift: First shift

Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and organize inventory in the warehouse.
• Interact with customers and handle deliveries.
• Drive assigned routes: MWF Northern Iowa/Minnesota border, T/TR to Dubuque.
• Conduct material handling, receiving, and distribution tasks.
• Deliver company materials professionally.
• Safely operate automatic/manual transmission vehicles.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Read and fulfill customer orders accurately.
• Move and organize materials in designated areas.
• Use computer and RF guns for sales orders and inventory management.
• Participate in physical inventory cycle counting.
• Operate equipment such as wire cutters and forklifts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure warehouse safety for staff and customers.
• Assist customers at will call and walk-ins as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70-100 pounds as required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in using computers and RF guns.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
