Salary: $12-$15/Hour

Express Employment is hiring a large number of candidates to work private events for local hotels in the Baton Rouge area. Whether you are currently employed and looking for extra work or in school and seeking temporary employment to complement your part-time availability, these events are a great opportunity to decide your own schedule.

*Hours vary depending on the event and location*

$12 - $15/hour 

REQUIRED UNIFORM: Black pants (no leggings/yoga pants/jeans), All black shoes (suggested non-slip), WHITE or BLACK long-sleeve button-down shirt.

JOB DUTIES:

• Walking the event space with various servings
• Maintaining a clean event area by picking up empty plates and glasses
• Refilling beverages as needed
• Setting up the space before and cleaning up after closing
• Assisting Directors as instructed throughout the event

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• A friendly customer service attitude is a MUST
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Recent work history in the last 6 months
• Availability to work weekends
