Salary: $16/hr

Express Employment is currently seeking a Bilingual Store Clerk for a local company here in Baton Rouge. Candidates that are fluent in English and SPANISH and have at least 2-3 years of working in a professional environment.

This is a highly demanding & fast paced work environment, we are looking for candidates that are able to maintain composure & professionalism at all times, while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once.

Pay $16/hour 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 

8:00AM until 5:00PM

Job Duties:

• Manage phone lines and direct calls as needed
• schedule appointments for follow-up with the appropriate department
• data entry and record updating throughout the day
• providing positive and professional customer service to all customers
• maintain organized files and records 

Requirements:
• minimum of 2 years of office experience within the last 6 months
• Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
• High school diploma/GED required
• Computer and basic software skills
