Express Employment in Laguna Hills is looking for an Account Payable Specialist for a well-established dealership in San Clemente.

This is an evaluation to hire position and the pay depends on experience between $27 to $30 p/h.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Set invoices up for payment with the detailed memo, descriptions, and proper codings

· Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

· Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing business transactions

· Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

· Handles vendor correspondence via phone or email

· Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

· Process bill payments every week

· Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting Department

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· 2 years plus of work experience, specializing in accounts payables

· Organized and detail-oriented

· Prioritizing and time management skills

· Attention to accuracy

· Confidentiality

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision

· Problem-solving skills

· Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook applications

· Willing to learn new skills

· Teamwork and flexible

· Ability to work under pressure in meeting deadlines
