Customer Service Representative $19/HR

Located in Neenah, WI

Salary: $19/HR

Hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-2:30pm 

*Flexible part time hours. Would have to work every other Saturday*

Pay: $19/HR

Duties:

• Transfer calls to the proper individual or department within the credit union
• Explain features and benefits of credit union products and services
• Process various financial transactions including share withdrawals, fund transfers, and check orders
• Provide information on new and ongoing promotions, as well as membership qualifications
• Enter appropriate documentation in CRM system
• Provide account information related to balances, deposits, and statements
• Assist members with setting up direct deposit and online banking services
• Process ACH, payroll distribution requests, and other financial transactions
• Provide support and problem resolution for Home Banking and Bill Payer services
• Process returned statements and mail according to procedures
• Respond to incoming emails received via our website within 4 hours

Qualifications: 

• Customer service oriented.
• Detail oriented. 
• Ability to handle large amounts of incoming phone calls/fast paced environment.
• Problem solving ability.
• Some Computer skills(Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
