Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of equipment, and machinery to meet the stringent production standards vital to support busy production schedule.
- Capable of evaluating and repairing equipment to minimize lost production time in the entire facility.
- Ensure safe practices prior to working on any equipment to prevent harm to him/herself and to others.
· Prepare and maintain Weekly, Monthly PM sheets of the multiple equipment’s.
· Responsible for maintaining the conveyor system using the basic techniques.
· Enhance reliability of operation of systems and equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshooting technical aspects of the plant’s equipment
· Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs during production
· Install, maintain, dismantle, and overhaul machinery, such as mechanical equipment, conveyor systems, pulleys, mechanical clutches, gear boxes, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
· Knowledge of Mig Welding for small internal jobs.
· Tig Welding is an assist.
· Actively participates in problem-solving activities related to operation of equipment in the facility on both a preventive and reactive basis.
· Prepare mechanical maintenance reports.
· Develop a parts list of all routine items needed for regular maintenance to be purchased.
· Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and cost savings.
· Conferring with supervisors and operators in order to report equipment malfunctions and resolve production problems.
Schedule
Day shifts: 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM

$25-$27 per hour
