Maintenance Tech

Located in Longview, WA

Salary: $20 to $22 per hour

We have an immediate need for a Property Maintenance Technician for our client in Cowlitz County, WA.

 

Position Summary:  

This position is a long-term, evaluation-to-hire with a local property management company.

 

Job Requirements & Qualifications: 

• Must provide own tools
• Must have a reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and insurance.
• General knowledge of maintenance duties including a working knowledge of basic electrical, minor plumbing (plugged toilets, leaky faucets), painting, replacing broken windows/screens, hauling trash away, changing out appliances, general repairs and some ground care. Ability to work on your own.
• Someone who has the ability to work a flexible schedule.

The ability to prioritize is the key to be successful in this role.

Geographic area: Could travel anywhere in Cowlitz County and Wahkiakum County.

Hours will vary depending on workload: PT to FT – most of the hours are at the beginning of month when rental vacancies come open

$20-$22 per hour
